Newly crowned Champions League winners Liverpool are reportedly in talks with Portuguese Super League giants Sporting Lisbon over the possibility of letting defender Rafael Camacho leave the club this summer.
According to the Daily Mirror, Sporting Lisbon want to secure the return of young Portuguese right-back to the club during this summer’s transfer window.
Rafael Camacho has one year left on his current deal with the Reds and the player is not keen on signing a new contract extension.
Sporting Lisbon want to sign him but it remains to be seen whether the Portuguese Cup holders will agree on a deal for the player.
Liverpool run the risk of losing Rafael Camacho for free if they don’t sell him this summer in the event that he doesn’t sign a new contract.
