4-3-3: How Liverpool Will Line Up If Nabil Fekir Completes €50m Deal

One of the major stories from last summer’s transfer window was the failed transfer of Lyon playmaker Nabil Fekir to Premier League giants Liverpool.

Liverpool had agreed a €50m deal with Lyon for Nabil Fekir only for the Reds to pull out of the transfer for fears of his knee.

Nabil Fekir recovered from that transfer setback to be a part of the French squad that won the 2018 FIFA World Cup tournament in Russia.

Fekir and France sealed the title via a 4-2 victory over surprise finalists Croatia in their final clash.

The Reds have once again been linked with Nabil Fekir this summer just like what was obtainable last summer and it remains to be seen whether the French international player will leave Lyon for Liverpool during this summer’s transfer window.

Lyon president Jean-Michael Aulas has already confirmed that Nabil Fekir will likely leave the club this summer and Liverpool could be his likely destination with the Reds crying out for a creative midfielder like the aforementioned Fekir who has one year left on his current deal with the former French champions.

Liverpool XI (4-3-3): Alisson Becker; Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joel Matip, Virgil Van Dijk, Andy Robertson; Fabinho, Jordan Henderson, Nabil Fekir; Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane.
