Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has revealed that he would leave the club this summer after seven years at Stamford Bridge.
The Belgian international made this known while fielding questions from reporters after his man-of-the-match performance against Arsenal in the Europa League final played in Baku, Azerbaijan on Wednesday night.
Eden Hazard was in superb form as Chelsea beat Arsenal 4-1 to seal their second Europa League trophy.
After the game, Eden Hazard confirmed that he has already told senior Chelsea officials about his decision to leave the club this summer.

According to him, his dream was to play in the Premier League and he has already achieved that in the colours of Chelsea before adding that it’s the right time to seek a new challenge which is almost definitely in Spain with Real Madrid.
Latest reports claim that Real Madrid have made a breakthrough in negotiations over a transfer for him and that the Blues have agreed to a £115m deal for the player.
It was revealed that Real Madrid will pay an initial fee of £100m plus £15m in achievable add-ons for Eden Hazard who has one year left on his current deal at Chelsea.
He signed for Chelsea from French giants Lille in the summer of 2012 and he has been a sensational player for the West Londoners.
