According to new reports, Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea is keen on making a move to Real Madrid this summer.
It was claimed the Spaniard believes this season is his last at Old Trafford and he is ready to move back to his home country when the campaign ends.
Although David is said to be happy at Manchester United, the former Atletico Madrid shot-stopper obviously desire to retire in Spain – and this is well known at Old Trafford.
He was at the verge of completing a switch to Real Madrid in 2015, but the move collapsed on deadline day and he remained at the Theater of dreams – putting pen on paper for a new deal with the red devils that made him one of the highest paid goalkeepers in the world.
And according to new reports coming from Spain, the Spaniard’s agent has promised to help David to the Bernabeu – and the Spain international believes the time now.
Real Madrid are expected to replace Keylor Navas and they have also been linked with the likes of Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtois and Athletic Bilbao’s Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Chelsea are not interested in selling Courtois, while Kepa also recently signed a new contract with Bilbao.
Although Jose Mourinho is keen on keeping David with him at Old Trafford, the talented goalie is already ready to leave the club at the end of this season.
