Arsenal contract rebel reportedly holds talk transfer with French giants on Tuesday

Paris Saint Germain could beat Premier League leaders Manchester City to the transfer of Chilean Alexis Sanchez as reports suggest the Arsenal star’s agent held discussions with the French Ligue 1 side in the City of Paris this Tuesday.

The Chilean is due to exhaust his contract in the summer and rules set him free to negotiate with foreign suitors from Next Month.

This gives the French side a real edge over City, who came very close to capturing the 29-year-old in the summer, as per BBC Sport.

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola doesn’t really need more attackers in this already brilliant squad, but it seems like being a major blow for the former Barcelona boss in pursuit of his supposed main targets.

As per Canal Plus, via the Metro, it now seems like a transfer to Paris Saint Germain may be the possible outcome of the Alexis Sanchez saga after talks this week.

The report also suggests the forward has fallen out with his team-mates at Arsenal, ending any hope Arsenal had of convincing him to put pen to paper on a new deal.

Alexis Sanchez has been at the Emirates Stadium since joining from Catalan giants Barcelona back in 2014 and has netted 77 goals in 160 matches for Arsene Wenger’s team, helping them win two English FA Cups by netting in two finals.
