Chelsea Vs Tottenham FA Cup Semi-final Clash: Bad News For Chelsea

One player who has been brilliant and interesting in the premier league this season is Tottenham Hotspur star striker Harry Kane.

However, after picking up an ankle injury recently, the Englishman has missed a handful of games for Spurs. Many fans are longing for his return as many feared he could miss out for the rest of this season.

Chelsea are already firm favourites to win the premier league title this season, and getting to the semi finals of the FA Cup, it appears Antonio Conte is on the way for a double in his first season at Chelsea.

However, some Chelsea supporters are feeling Tottenham are not an easy team to overcome easily, and felt the London rivals could spoil their chance for a double this season. However, many thought it would be easier for the Stamford Bridge club since Tottenham deadly man Harry Kane is out.

However, the Mirror recently reported that the English player could be available for the FA Cup semi final clash with Chelsea. He was projected to be back the week before the game, which will give him enough time to regain his fitness. And if he should be available, it is very much obvious he won’t sit on the bench.

This would come as a huge blow to some Chelsea fans who are already excited about Kane’s injury, as he has been in superb form this season.

Nevertheless, even with Harry’s arrival, those of the White Hart Lane won’t still be fully happy as it had been confirmed that one of their stars Erik Lamela won’t feature again this term.
