Player Finding It Hard To Concentrate After Reports That Liverpool Are In Talks To Sign Him

Liverpool target William Carvalho is said to have shown some behavioral changes since he started being linked to the club.

A Bola reported on Thursday that he has been ‘anxious’ over the English approaches and showed the pressure he is under after the claims.

Liverpool’s name weren’t mentioned by the newspaper, but it is however clear that the Reds are the ones being talked about – since they were the ones to first report the talks this week.

The Portuguese source A Bola have claimed themselves that Liverpool started talks over Carvalho whilst speaking to Sporting about Lazar Markovic.

As Carvalho lives a hard moment at Sporting, it is likely he will lose his spot for the next league game. A Bola were of the opinion that he could stay on the bench and young talent João Palhinha could take his place. This is basically what A Bola reported on Tuesday, saying Sporting were getting ready to sell him [Carvalho] because they trusted the 21-year-old.

Sporting are presently going through a crisis, so both the board and staff are not really afraid of making changes. So they would definitely consider a deal if the money is big enough.

Some were also of the opinion that perhaps Sporting started the Carvalho talks with Liverpool, and they hope Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp can be convinced.
