Real Madrid midfielder Isco could leave the Estadio Santiago Bernebeu when the January transfer window reopens having fallen out of favour with manager Santiago Solari.
The Spaniard has lost his place in the starting XI since Argentine tactician Santiago Solari took charge of the team earlier this season.
He was appointed the Real Madrid manager in October following the dismissal of Julen Lopetegui who had a torrid time as the Los Merengues boss.
Former Malaga playmaker Isco was a regular fixture under Lopetegui but his playing status has changed since Santiago Solari became the manager.
His situation at Real Madrid has led to talks about his long-term future at the club.
He has been linked with Premier League clubs like Chelsea and Liverpool ahead of the upcoming transfer window scheduled to start as from the 1st of January.
Interested clubs will have to pay his release clause which stands at a whooping €700m.
That fee would surpass the world record fee currently held by Paris Saint Germain (PSG) forward Neymar after the French capital club activated the €220m release clause in his Barcelona contract last summer.
Isco was expected to step up at Real Madrid following the exit of Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo in the summer but he has failed to live up to expectations this season.
