English Premier League outfit Arsenal have been left disappointed over their pursuit of Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid star James Rodriguez ahead of the summer transfer window.
It is no longer news that James Rodriguez is out of favour at Bernabeu and he is set to return from his two years loan spell at the German Bundesliga outfit Bayern Munich.
After his two years at the club, Bayern Munich have refused to keep in on a permanent deal. Arsenal and other suitors hope for his signature.
It was reported that Man United and Tottenham are also in the chase for James Rodriguez but the player has made it clear that he will not seek a move to the English Premier League.

This has left the Gunners disappointed as they will now have their focus on other targets that will be available.
However, James Rodriguez could be set to end up at the Italian Seria A especially after reports emerged that the league champions Juventus are interested in his services.
While Arsenal and other English Premier League clubs have been snubbed, the next step for James Rodriguez is expected to be known in coming weeks when the summer transfer window is fully opened.
