The Blues former vice-captain now Derby County coach, Frank Lampard will return to Stamford Bridge for the first time since he started his coaching career.
Frank Lampard, although stated he would be happy to return to Chelsea he, however, hopes to cause some upset at Stamford Bridge tonight having defeated his former coach, Jose Mourinho’s Man Utd side in the third round.

A report has affirmed that Chelsea will play without Eden Hazard following his back injury during the EPL game against Man Utd, Pedro will also miss the match, there are still doubts over Olivier Giroud, whether he will start or not as he has complained of fatigue.

Chelsea player, Ethan Ampadu has also returned to the team following a knee injury, he could get a chance to play from the bench.
Also, the Blues have given Derby County permission to start Mason Mount and Fikayo Tomori – the two players are Chelsea loanees.
This means Mount and Tomori will be playing against their parent club tonight.
