The latest report has hinted that North London outfit Arsenal are still interested in the signature of Dalian Yifang attacker Yannick Carrasco ahead of the summer transfer window.
The North London outfit had made efforts to land the player in the last January winter transfer window but a deal failed to pull through because the Gunners were not ready with funds for major deals.
Meanwhile, Yannick Carrasco is reported to be unsettled at the club and keen to leave the Chinese Super League as he hopes to return to Europe where he played Atletico Madrid before the China move.
The 25-year-old has scored seven goals so far in 26 appearances with the Chinese club.
However, the Gunners are hoping that funds would be available in the coming summer window for new additions as they hope to return to Champions League football and also compete as a big club in the Premier League.
The Gunners are in need of attackers as England international Danny Welbeck is injured and might be shown the way out of the club when his contract expires at the end of the season.
Meanwhile, Arsenal had secured the signature of Denis Suarez in the January winter window on a loan deal and could seal his signature on a permanent deal at the end of the season.
