Italian Serie A champions Juventus have reportedly made a breakthrough in their bid to make Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri their new manager for the season.
This is according to Sky Sports Italia which revealed that Maurizio Sarri will be the new Juventus manager after Old Lady officials reached an agreement with their Chelsea counterparts on Thursday evening.
Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici had earlier flown into London for talks with Chelsea over Italian tactician Sarri who will return to his native Italy after just one season in the Premier League.
Maurizio Sarri had a mixed season at Chelsea when he joined last summer on a two-year deal with the option for a third year.

Juventus are expected to pay compensation for Sarri due to the one year left on his Chelsea contract.
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich demanded for the compensation before any agreement could be reached between the two clubs.
Sarri led Chelsea to third place on the Premier League table at the end of the just concluded campaign before beating London rivals Arsenal in the Europa League final to win his first trophy as a manager.
Sarri and Chelsea beat Arsenal 4-1 to end the season with a trophy.
Chelsea also reached the Carabao Cup final before they were beaten on penalties by Premier League rivals Manchester City.
