Zlatan Ibrahimovic Sends Man United Warning To Chelsea.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is of the opinion that his side have not given up hope of catching Chelsea in the race for the Premier League

Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has warned current Premier League table leaders Chelsea that his Manchester United side have not given up hope of winning the Premier League title this current season.

The Swede star has been in superb form for United since arriving at the Old Trafford club from Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer last summer.

The former Barcelona striker fired Jose Mourinho’s side to EFL Cup glory on Sunday when he scored twice in the final against Southampton FC at Wembley.

The red devils made it a second successful trip to Wembley following their Community Shield victory with Jose Mourinho earlier in the season.Manchester United will clash with Chelsea in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup at Stamford Bridge next month and they will also try to find their way back into contention in the Premier League title race.

And Ibrahimovic has stated that his side are fully focused on performing at the top level between now and the end of this campaign as they chase a further three trophy.

Ibrahimovic speaking to MUTV after their Sunday’s win said they have to continue.

“From the five trophies at the beginning of the season, we have two. There are three left.

“So we go for the three and let’s see at the end of the season how many trophies we collect.”

And up next, Manchester United take on Bournemouth in their next Premier League game at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.
