The North London outfit Arsenal are set to part ways with Wales international Aaron Ramsey and England international and a lot has been said about how they will be missed by the club.
The former Cardiff City midfielder failed to agree on a new deal with the Gunners team which is the reason why he is leaving the club to join the Italian Serie A outfit Juventus on a four-year deal at the end of the season.
Also, Danny Welbeck’s contract with the Gunners team will run out which means he would be leaving the club as it has been made clear that he will not get an offer from the club anymore.
More to the loss of the two players is the fact that they are both homegrown players who are part of the minimum of eight players out of a total of 25 that have been trained by clubs from the same domestic league as stipulated by the English Premier League and UEFA.
It has been observed that a 24-man list was submitted by the Gunners team this season which had just 7 homegrown players and that has been well reduced again with the exit of Aaron Ramsey and Danny Welbeck.
This leaves Arsenal and manager Unai Emery in a difficult situation as they wi now have to move into the youth team to make big decision and probably discover another great talent for the team.
It is, therefore, suggested that Unai and Ljungberg, along with academy chief Per Mertesacker does a big job to see the player in the Academy that has proven that he is ready for a bigger stage of a first-team football.
