A former Man United striker Dion Dublin has hinted that man United duo Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku should be held responsible each time the team sees any defeat after stating that they have not given enough to the team.
The former striker made this claim after the Red Devils saw a 1-0 defeat against Spanish LA Liga giants in the Champions League quarter-finals at the Old Trafford. No thanks to Luke Shaw’s own goal.
He noted that Paul Pogba is the player that is expected to play a major role as a leader in the team but that did not happen as he stressed that there is a need for the former Juventus star to do better if his team must see a qualification to the semi-finals.
The former striker also pointed at Romelu Lukaku as a player who ought to carry the team in his showers but failed to do so as he stressed that the Belgium international did not play a single shot on target in the game.
However, the Red Devils will hope to repeat the quarterfinals magic against PSG when they storm Spain in the coming week for the second leg as the Champions League is their only chance of a title this season.
