Former Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is set for more troubles after receiving a one-year suspended sentence for a tax fraud offence while he was in Spain.
The Portuguese boss was handed this term for pleading guilty of defrauding Spanish authorities in 2011 and 012 and that is the reason why he will not serve time.
The former Real Madrid and Chelsea boss was before a judge in the Spanish capital and would be made to pay a sum of about 2 million euros.
Jose Mourinho was accused of defrauding the Spanish authorities of about 3.3 euros in unpaid taxes which involves revenue from image rights.
This means the Portuguese boss will have to pay a big sum of money despite being jobless, after losing his role at English Premier League outfit Man United.
Jose Mourinho was fired in December last year for failing to motivate the players as well as being unable to win games as expected.
He has since been replaced by former United player Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as interim coach with the Norway international returning the team to winning ways.
Suggestions are that all of the controversies the Portuguese boss has been involved in will have an effect in his search for a new job.
