Two players Unai Emery must sign as soon as possible

It’s a new year and we’ve finally entered another transaction period in which clubs will be looking to add some top players to their team.

The Gunners have been too leaky and shaky at the back of the back of the pitch, while, injury to key members of the team hasn’t helped situation at all.

Luckily, the transfer window is here, Emery need not to waste time before making move for at two defenders.

According to Sky Sports, the former Three Lions captain could be leaving Stamford Bridge after falling out of favor with Maurizio Sarri.

The British media suggested that Emery is willing to add more experience to his defensive setup and the Spaniard is looking at Cahill’s direction.

It remains to be seen if the Blues will release the defender to Arsenal, considering the rivalry existing between both clubs.

* Denis Suarez

With the current uncertainty surrounding Aaron Ramsey and Mesut Ozil’s future at the North London club, it is unsurprising that Emery is preparing a bid for the Barcelona midfielder.

Suarez has fallen down the pecking order at Camp Nou since the arrivals of Arthur and Arturo Vidal prior to the start of this season.

The Spaniard is still in search of his first La Liga appearance under Valverde and he is said to be heading to Arsenal by bookmakers who believe Emery is leading the race for his compatriot’s signature
