On-loan Arsenal midfielder Jon Toral has revealed that he will return to the club this summer after his loan stint at Rangers.
The 22-year-old has not had the best of football career with the Gunners, after being sent on loan on several occasions as he failed to impress at Emirates. Last summer, Toral was loaned out to La Liga club Granada where he was not given ample playing chances, making just six appearances till December.
He returned to the Gunners in January but was shipped on to Rangers where he has been offered by playing time, scoring two goals and three assists in 12 appearances
The midfielder has revealed his desire to return to his parent club, with hopes of getting more game time and break into the first team at the Emirates.
Toral said: “I have another season left at Arsenal so I will go back,
“It will depend on where they see me, in terms of whether they see me ready for the first team or if they see me doing better with another loan.
“I have to see if they want to give me another contract.
“So I will wait and talk to them and then we will go from there.”
