Aubameyang

2015 African best footballer winner PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG has named the 10 players he would love to play alongside. And surprisingly (for Chelsea fans), a Chelsea player was among the defenders he’d pick for his dream team.

Aubameyang speaking in a video for PES 17 said Chelsea star Kurt Zouma would be part of a back-three if he could choose anyone to play alongside.

The African star player has played against some of Europe’s top defenders as he has led the line for his German side Borussia Dortmund for the last four seasons.

But his friendship with Zouma means he would pick the Frenchman in his defence. The duo played alongside each other back then at St Etienne

However, a few other Premier League stars make an appearance in the line-up including another Chelsea star Eden Hazard. The Belgian forward would also make Aubameyang’s dream team

Additionally, the Manchester United duo of Paul Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan feature in his five-man midfield.

Here is Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang full dream team XI: Manuel Neuer, Raphael Varane, Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Kurt Zouma, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Marco Verratti, Dimitri Payet, Paul Pogba, Eden Hazard, Marco Reus, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Pundit  issues warning to Chelsea about Eden Hazard leaving the Premier League club.

Danny Murphy has warned premier league table leaders Chelsea that it would be virtually impossible to find a replacement for Eden Hazard.

Hazard has been a driving force behind the blues push for the Premier League title in the 2016-17 campaign so far.

The Belgium international scored in Chelsea’s 2-1 victory against West Ham United at London Stadium in the Premier League on Monday.

The Belgian’s eleventh goal of the 2016-17 season helped his Chelsea side to move 10 points clear of their closest title rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

The forward has been linked with a potential move to La Liga side Real Madrid at the end of the current term.

And Murphy has warned that only Barcelona pair of Lionel Messi and Neymar as well as Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale could replace Hazard in the Chelsea XI.

“Eden Hazard is the player they really need to keep. Is there another player with those characteristics who they could expect to sign?” Murphy told Evening Standard.

“I see only Lionel Messi, Gareth Bale and Neymar – and I don’t see any of those three leaving Spanish football to move to Chelsea.” he stated
