In-form Arsenal star striker Olivier Giroud revealed that he desire winning the Premier League trophy with Arsenal before he will consider a big-money move to China.
The Chinese Super League is gaining more attention in the world as many star players are being lured into the country with mouthwatering wages on offer.
Players like Oscar, Obi Mikel, Axel Witsel and Carlos Tevez are among those who recently move to China. While Chelsea’s star striker Diego Costa clashed with coach Antonio Conte last week, there are already rumours that he might make the move to China too.
Presently however, the latest player to be linked with a move to China is 30-year-old Giroud. He admitted already that there is temptation for one big final pay-day should he win the league with Arsenal first.
“The Premier League is my [main] target so after when I will win it one day, why not, you never know.” Giroud said.
The talented striker has been in fantastic form this season for Arsenal, and the Gunners depend on him on many occasions to win matches. In 14 league games, the France international has scored seven times.
The Frenchman recently signed a new two-and-a-half year contract at the Emirate club that was reportedly worth £90,000 a week.
