Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to quit as United’s permanent boss

Gary Neville

Manchester United’s interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has done a good job since taking over as the boss of the Red Devils team but that does not mean he will take charge of the club on a permanent basis.

This is according to a former player Phil Brown who named another former Red Devils player as the possible future coach of the club.

The Red Devils parted ways with Portuguese boss Jose Mourinho late last year and immediately appointed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as the interim boss. It was understood that a permanent and world class manager would be appointed at the end of the season

But with the performance of the former United forward, having turned the situation around at the club by winning all of the games he has led, he is rumored to be a candidate for the job on a permanent basis.

However Phil Brown claims the club’s legend Gary Neville remains the anointed man for the job at the Old Trafford on a permanent basis.

According to him, the 1992 set will be handed the responsibility of leading the club to glory days as they have not only learnt from former manager Alex Ferguson but have gone ahead to master the traditional playing style of the club.
