Chelsea youngster Nathaniel Chalobah is one of the blues players linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer.
And according to new reports, The premier league champions have offered him a new lucrative contract, the 22-year-old is still keen on making a move away from the club.
It is understood that the Stamford Bridge club have put a £60,000-a-week deal on the table for the youngster, but he will reject the contract amid interest from Watford.
The Evening Standard insists Chalobah desire regular first-team football and will push for a transfer to Watford.
And with Nathaniel determined to make a move, Watford are now confident they can seal a deal for him in the coming weeks. He has only one year left on his contract and can leave Chelsea for as cheap as £6million, as penned in his present contract.
Swansea are also in the race for the talented star ahead of next season.
However, the Englishman has spent a season on loan at Watford and is familiar with them already. In the 2012/13 campaign, he made 37 appearances for Watford and desire moving to the club to get more playing time next campaign.
And though Chelsea might want him to stay by offering him a new deal, it’s obvious his mind is made up already
