Napoli are considering a mega swoop for on-loan Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesnsy, according to reports.
The Polish shot-stopper has been on loan at the Serie A with AS Roma for two seasons, where he has shown impressive form in between the sticks sparking speculations that he might consider a permanent switch to Serie A outfit.
But it is also understood that Arsene Wenger could be eyeing a return for Szczesnsy as second-choice David Ospina nears his exit from the Emirates with reported interest from Turkey.
The Colombian keeper has reportedly agreed a deal to join Fenerbahce at the next summer window with reports that the Gunners have agreed a deal worth £5.9m and the shot-stopper has also agreed personal terms after being pegged back in the pecking order at the Emirates.
Reports in Italian outlet Corierre dello Sport claim that Napoli wants to move for the 26-year-old next summer.
The report also have it that Serie A giants wants Szczesnsy to replace Pepe Reina in between the sticks next season.
However, it is understood that Arsenal will be reluctant to sell the Pole next summer, as he is being viewed as a long-term replacement for Petr Cech who has shown that he is ageing with his below par performances this season.
