Kalidou Koulibaly does not want to leave the club and is not for sale so says Napoli manager Carlo Ancelotti who has insisted the Senegalese player is not leaving the Italian giants.
News reports before this time had claimed that Koulibaly is holding out for a move away from Italian Serie A giants Napoli after he was racially abused at a recent league game.
The center back who used to ply his trade with Genk was subjected to racial taunts from a section of the Inter Milan fans during the 1-0 win over Napoli at the San Siro in the last match week of last year.
The incident led to his dismissal during the game after he was given a second booking for sarcastic applause.
His coach, Ancelotti spoke about Kalidou Koulibaly in his latest interview over the weekend.
Koulibaly was previously linked with a move to Stamford Bridge outfit Chelsea last summer after Maurizio Sarri left his managerial post at Napoli.
Manchester United and Barcelona are now ahead of the Blues in the race to sign Kalidou Koulibaly.
It was further revealed that the Red Devils had two separate bids rejected for the defender in the last months of 2018.
The latest transfer update about Kalidou Koulibaly from Carlo Ancelotti is a big blow to the interested clubs including Chelsea.
