Mourinho Finally Move In To Agree £85M Seniorman For Man United

For sometimes, speculations keep flying in the media that Premier League top team Manchester United are interested in bringing Atletico Madrid’s superstar  Antoine Griezmann to Old Trafford next month.

Few months back, El Confidencial reported that the Red Devils are willing to pay whatever it takes to hire the French international services.

Presently, The Sun also claim that Mourinho’s side have moved in and initiated talks to secure his signature. Jose Mourinho has stepped in himself and told the Old Trafford chiefs to finally sanction the deal for the 25-year-old player.

This season so far, Griezmann has featured in 21 games for Madrid, scoring 9 goals and  providing 6 assists. And following his superb performances for both his club and his country, The Mirror reported that the attacker was handed a new deal with a release clause of £85million, though The Sun claims the red devils have asked a leading agent to agree a deal for Antoine that is expected to cost around £60million.

Griezmann has recently been named the world’s third best player after finishing behind Ronaldo and Messi in Ballon d’Or race. Therefore, it will not be surprising if Atletico want full payment of the release clause to let their top player leave the club.

Nevertheless, we wonder if Griezmann, like Pogba, would agree to come to Manchester United knowing fully well that he won’t be featuring in the Champions League immediately.
