Manchester United are closing on a £83million transfer move for Benfica duo of Nelson Semedo and Victor Lindelof with reports that the club president, Luis Filipe Vieira has flown into England.
The Red Devils have been credited with an interest the pair since last summer transfer window and it appears they are ready to do business this summer.
Reports in Portuguese outlet O Jogo claim that Benfica club president, Luis Filipe Vieira has arrived in England to thrash out a deal for the duo of Lindelof and Semedo, with suggestions that a £83million is being discussed for the pair
Victor Lindelof was heavily linked with a move to the Old Trafford during the January transfer window, with reports that the defender had agreed on a deal to join the Red Devils but could complete the move due to disparities in the final transfer fee between United and Benfica, which saw him sign a new deal to fend off interest from United but with a £52million release clause.
Nelson Semedo has also been a subject of transfer interest from Manchester United, with reports that Benfica have reached a pre-agreement with United for the player who is expected to join the Red Devils this summer.
