According to reports, North London club Arsenal will only sign Paris Saint-Germain winger Julian Draxler if Chilean Alexis Sanchez leaves the club.

The Gunners have retained an interest in Draxler since his days in the Bundesliga with Schalke 04.

The German’s time at the French club appears to be coming to an end following the club’s choice to splash £198million on Brazilian Neymar Jr.

Draxler joined PSG back in January after Bundesliga club Wolfsburg deemed him surplus to requirement at the club.

He found the net ten times from 25 matches for Unai Emery’s team, despite the impressive statistics, it seems PSG now need to get him off their books.

Reports a week ago guaranteed PSG Chief’s had concluded the 23-year-old was surplus to necessities.

In any case, Football London claims a transfer to the Emirate Stadium will just happen if Alexis Sanchez is sold.

The Chilean keeps on being chased by Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola, who needs to lure him to the Etihad Stadium.

The Gunners have so far opposed City’s approaches, however, with the player having a year remaining on his present deal, Arsenal may yet cash in on him.

Be that as it may, a deal will eventually come down to what happens with Sanchez situation.

And also Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal are all set to rescue Draxler from his PSG nightmares.
