English Premier League giant Manchester United will definitely be among the throngs of teams that would be very busy in next month’s transfer window. And some indications shows that the club might sell more players out of Old Trafford than bringing new ones in.
In the past weeks, different speculations keeps flying around Manchester United, and the latest rumour now is from Gianluca Di Marzio in Italy.
According to them, Everton could be in preparation to offer Manchester United £40million to get the signatures of the duo of Memphis Depay and Morgan Schneiderlin in a double deal.
This season so far, both Depay and Schneiderlin keeps struggling to get involved in the team’s activities on the pitch. United coach Jose Mourinho has said he won’t block any player who chose to leave his side to do so.
As things stand now, the chances that both players would leave come January are very high. If they didn’t leave the club permanently, they would at least move out on loan to a team they can get more time to prove their worth.
If Manchester United should sell lots of out-of-flavour players in the squad, they stand to gain a lot. They can easily recoup a part of the huge money they splashed in the summer transfer period, and won’t need to keep wasting money that should be used to bring in new talented players on liabilities.
