Real Madrid have reportedly made Chelsea star forward Eden Hazard their top priority ahead of the summer transfer window. However, even though they are ready to go at length just to get his signature, Chelsea are not interested in selling him.
The La Liga heavyweights are also ready to add Alvaro Morata to the deal to persuade Chelsea to let go of Hazard, but it appears the Stamford Bridge club remained adamant about it.
And even though we can’t rule out the possibilities of Chelsea having a change of heart later on during the transfer session, common sense implies that Real Madrid should also be looking at other things.
Right now, reports coming out from France states that the La Liga giants will be joining Manchester United in the race to signing Monaco star player Bernardo Silva.
French news outlet Le10 Sport reported that since Chelsea don’t want Eden Hazard to leave at the end of this season, then Real would be looking for a new attacking midfielder. And the Monaco star is on the list to replace replace James Rodriguez at Real Madrid.
Silva is one of Mourinho’s top target at Manchester United, and as the former Chelsea boss is meant to add new legs to his squad at the end of this season, could encounter issues signing Silva due to new interests from Madrid.
