Glenn Hoddle has lavish praises on Antonio Conte for making sure his Chelsea team are on the right state of mind with the eagerness to play this season.
The Blues have been superb after Conte switch to a 3-4-3 formation late last year when appointed by Chelsea.
Chelsea who initially struggled to score goals in the early games of their campaign have been very brilliant since the Italian switched to a 3-4-3 system.
Antonio Conte team are leading the Premier League log with eight points adrift second place Manchester City.
In the coming weeks, the blues will meet Premier League rival Manchester United after beating Wolves 2-0 at Molineux on Saturday night.
With that in mind, Hoddle firmly believes that the Antonio Conte men have been properly drilled by the Italian this season.
Speaking on Saturday with BT Sport, Hoddle said: “Every team Conte sends out, they are focused. They know what they’re doing with the ball and defensively.
“This is the balance they’ve got. It doesn’t matter who’s playing.”
Chelsea, who finished 10th last season, will take on Swansea City in the Premier League this weekend with hopes they could repeat what they have been doing so well.
