Europa League champions Chelsea have confirmed that defender Gary Cahill will leave the club this summer.
It was revealed that the ex-England international centre back will leave the West London club when his contract ends this summer.
The 33-year-old signed for Chelsea in January 2012 and he has been a wonderful servant for the Blues winning eight trophies at the club.
Gary Cahill became a Chelsea player seven years ago after he left Bolton Wanderers who were still in the Premier League.
