Chelsea star winger Eden Hazard states firmly that he has no intentions of leaving Stamford Bridge despite rumours that La Liga heavyweights Real Madrid are ready to offer his club £100 million for his signature.
It is understood that the Belgium international is high on Real Madrid’s wanted list for the upcoming transfer window and there are reports already that Zidane had asked the club’s president to do all he could to bring the Belgian to the Spanish capital.
Recently, there were more speculations that his representatives have been in contact with the Spanish heavyweights over a potential deal.
However, the 26-year-old insists he is ready to stay at the club so as to help the west London club win back-to-back Premier League titles.
Speaking to The Straits Times recently, he regards Chelsea as one of the best clubs in the world and revealed his intention to remain at Stamford Bridge for a couple of years because he is very happy at the club.
The Belgian is already eager to represent Chelsea in the Champions League next season and to also defend the premier league title with the club.
Chelsea are set to increase Hazard’s wages and make him the highest-paid player in the Premier League so as to keep his attention at the club.
