Many Chelsea supporters are still concerned about the fitness of one of their star players in the person of Eden Hazard ahead of next season.
The Belgian star picked up an ankle injury while on international duty, but has posted an encouraging update on social media that should make the fans heave a sigh of relief.
After getting the injury while playing for the Belgium national side earlier this summer, he was projected to miss the start of the new term. He has however revealed that he is now training without his cast, which is a good sign of improvement.

The talented winger uploaded a photo of himself on a cross-trainer at Chelsea gym, with the caption:
‘A good week, my cast is off, now the lonely journey to full fitness!’
Hazard is one of the best players in the premier league and is an important member in the Chelsea squad – even before the arrival of current boss Antonio Conte.
The Belgium international scored 16 goals in the premier league last term and played a pivotal role helping Conte win the premier league title in his first campaign at the club and in England.
And as the new season approaches, the Belgian will definitely be a vital performer for the defending champions.
However, even though it is not yet clear when he will return to action, the fans will be happy seeing him make progress on what appeared to be a scary injury.
