Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo won’t be charged for the alleged assault of a woman in Las Vegas after it was announced that there was no physical evidence to back the arguments made against him.
The case ended up when German publishing Der Spiegel gave a woman named Kathryn Mayorga the platform to unfold the supposed event in October a year prior.
Mayorga unreservedly accused Ronaldo for attacking her in a Las Vegas hotel when he was on break in the US in 2009. She further insist that the Portuguese appeal paid her $375,000 as an element of a non-disclosure understanding after the event.
The former Real Madrid star prominently denied the charges, communicating that such a bad behavior clashes with all that he believes in. He tweeted,
“I firmly deny the accusations being issued against me. Rape is an abominable crime that goes against everything that I am and believe in. Keen as I may be to clear my name I refuse to feed the media spectacle created by people seeking to promote themselves at my expense.””My clear conscious will thereby allow me to await with tranquility the results of any and all investigations.”
Las Vegas police resuscitated the Investigation just after the cases were made open. The case was even said to have been moved from the state normal court to an administration court a month back.

The center of the issue
Las Vegas examiners have now articulated that Ronaldo won’t manage any arraignments over the rape claims becasue there is no physical proof against him. The decision was made in light of the way that they acknowledge the case couldn’t be ‘exhibited past reasonable doubt.’
In a declaration made on Monday, the Clark Territory Lead examiner’s office said (by methods for BBC), “In light of an overview of information starting at now, the cases of assault against Cristiano Ronaldo can’t be exhibited past a reasonable doubt. Thus, no charges will be forthcoming.”
What’s straightaway?
The choice made by the inspectors has put a decision to a long and horrid battle in court between the two parties. It remains to be checked whether Ronaldo or Mayorga herself will openly address the condition in the days to come.
Then, Ronaldo is presumably going to feature in Juventus’ International Champions Cup clash against Inter Milan tomorrow.
