The talks about Chelsea’s 3-0 victory over Everton at Goodison Park last Sunday is still on the lips of so many of us…
And Chelsea boss Antonio Conte, is also saying a lot of things in his post-match comments.
The Italian manager has heaped praises on the duo of former Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas and Samba star player Willian after their contribution in the 3-0 victory on Sunday.
Fabregas came on late in the second half at Everton and put up Willian for the blues third and final goal against Ronald Koeman’s side.
The Spaniard’s situation at the west London club has been a source of some speculation due to his lack of playing time under Chelsea’s new manager.
Even though he is known to make reasonable impacts when called upon, the former Barcelona player has only started 10 Premier League games this current campaign.
And speaking at his post match conference after the clash of the blues, the Italian manager highlight Cesc’s performance, paying tribute to the Brazilian too for his involvement in the win.
Conte, hailing Willian, confessed that he knows quite well that it is not too easy for a player like Willian – who is used to playing regularly – to become a player coming in from the bench this season.
He however added that he is pleased with both Fabregas and Willian because the duo are proving to be great men and fantastic players.
