Ahead of the summer transfer window, one of the Chelsea players heavily linked with a move away from the Stamford Bridge is Spanish forward Diego Costa.
The former Atletico Madrid star has been heavily linked with a move to the Chinese Super League in recent times.
The huge star, this term so far at Chelsea, has scored 20 times in 38 matches and is speculated to be on the verge of joining Chinese Super League side Tianjian Quanjian come summer.
However, his current manager at Chelsea Antonio Conte, has now urged him to focus on the current moment at Chelsea.
Costa was heavily linked with a move to Asia in the last January winter transfer window and it was reported that the Brazilian-born striker will earn up to £25.3million-a-season if he should make the move.
Even though the move didn’t materialised in January, the Chinese club are not ready to back off.
And Conte, when asked about the Spaniard’s future, states that the present is very important for him, and even more important than the future.
He emphasized on the importance of concentrating and be set for the remaining games in the premier league this current term.
Already, other superb strikers have been linked with a move to Chelsea as Costa’s replacement – including Everton’s Romelu Lukaku and Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez.
