Chelsea To Top Target: Tell Your Club You Want To Leave

Chelsea are working towards wrapping up everything that has to do with transfer so as to concentrate on the new campaign.

There are new reports that the premier league champions have ask one of their top targets – Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain – to inform his club about his desire to join Chelsea in a bid to fast-track his move to the Stamford Bridge.

The Arsenal star has emerged as a target for Chelsea this summer and it is understood that  Antonio Conte is keen to get the Englishman to west London.

The west Londoners have submitted an initial £25million for the England international, but it was rejected by their London rivals.

Alex is out of contract at the end of the term and there are speculations that he has already made it known to Arsenal that he will not sign a new deal at the Emirates.

Arsenal, however, does not want to lose the talented star and have reportedly planned extra talks with his representatives to convince him to sign a new deal.

Antonio Conte’s on the other hand, have been frustrated with the lack of progress over a move for Alex, and the Telegraph said they want the winger to tell Arsene of his desire to move to Chelsea.

Arsenal have refused to sell the likes of Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez despite that their contract is expiring soon, but we look on if he will sanction the sale of Oxlade-Chamberlain before the transfer window closes next Thursday.
