Chelsea have set sights on a summer deal for Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak as a potential replacement for Thibaut Courtois, according to reports.
Following reports that Courtois could be on his way to Real Madrid next summer, the Blues have reportedly lined Oblak as his replacement.
The Belgian said in September that he could consider a move back to the La Liga in future. although he has moved to debunk reports he will be leaving the Stamford Bridge anytime soon.
Real Madrid who are prohibited from making transfer in January are believed to have held talks to sign Courtois next summer when their ban is lifted.
It is understood that Antonio Conte is prepared for an offer for Madrid and have lined up a number of potential replacements for the 24-year-old goal keeper.
Oblak has been impressive for Atletico Madrid since the departure of Courtois in 2014, keeping several clean sheets for his side.
Reports in Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport claim that the Slovenia international will not come cheap as he still has five years on his current deal with Atleti.
Chelsea is also believed to be monitoring AC Milan youngster Gianluigi Donnarumma and Borussia Monchengladbach goalie Yann Sommer.
