West London giants Chelsea have a big battle on their hands in the quest to retain the services of young winger Callum Hudson-Odoi at the club beyond this summer.
According to the report from The Sun, the 18-year-old will only sign a new deal being offered by Chelsea on the condition that he be offered a new deal worth £100,000 on a weekly basis.
Callum Hudson-Odoi has one year left on his current deal with Chelsea but the recently capped England international won’t sign a new contract if he’s not guaranteed regular first team football as from the new season.
It was revealed that Chelsea have even offered him the number 10 shirt vacated by Eden Hazard who’s now a Real Madrid player.

If the Chelsea Academy player fails to sign a new deal, Chelsea will have to sell him or risk losing him for free next summer.
He has been strongly linked with German Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich who made several attempts to sign him during the winter transfer window.
The Bavarian giants retain interests in him despite the Achilles injury expected to rule him out of action until at least September.
For now, Callum Hudson-Odoi remains on the books of Chelsea.
