Arsenal head coach Arsene Wenger has not completely ruled out the possibility of coaching at international level after his reign at Arsenal ends, speaking to beIN sport this week.
The 68-year-old has led the North London club to three English Premier League titles and seven English FA Cup wins during his 21-year reign with the side and has been strongly linked with many international managerial roles during that period, including England National team and his home country France recently.
Ahead of the Gunner’s North London derby this weekend against Tottenham Hotspurs, the French tactician was asked about the likelihood of managing an international team in the nearest future, after his reign at the Emirates Stadium ends.
Arsene Wenger told beIN sport that at some point in his managerial career, he will manage an international side but confirmed that at this stage in his career, he likes to be involved in everyday life at a football club. He also admitted that at some point in his career he will not have the physical strength to manage a club so maybe he will move into international coaching.
Arsene Wenger penned a new two-year deal to keep him at the club until 2019 last summer.
