Chelsea are confirmed premier league champions for this season after successfully beating West Brom 1-0 at the Hawthorns on Friday.
One of the Chelsea stars who have helped the club achieved great success this campaign is Belgium international Eden Hazard.
Hazard has been superb and has been in a fantastic form this campaign, helping Chelsea emerge as a strong squad following their unpleasant campaign last season.
Like many of his Chelsea team-mates, the Belgian star struggled vehemently for top form last term as they ended up 10th in the premier league table and without a trophy.
But the new system introduced by new Italian boss Antonio Conte has helped bring out the best in the players at the Stamford Bridge club – including Hazard. The Belgium international has been a regular fixture in Conte’s squad this season and has scored 15 times with five assists in the Premier League for his club.
Hazard’s fine performances hasn’t gone unnoticed as he has attracted lots of admiration to himself.
Right now, former Arsenal captain Thierry Henry, hailing the Belgian, expressed that the English top league is lucky to have a player of Eden’s stature.
The Gunners legend noted that the player’s influence in the title triumph cannot be understated and that even though Hazard had to do a bit less defensively, he really played a pivotal role.
