Chelsea have sealed their first deal in the January transfer window after recalling Nathan Ake from Bournemouth.
The 21-year-old defender has been on an impressive form for the Cherries and netting on several occasions already under Eddie Howe this season, which has prompted the Blues to recall him from the loan that was supposed to be till the end of the current campaign, having joined last summer.
It is understood that Conte wants to bring Ake in back to Stamford Bridge to offer him more options at Chelsea.
The defender also confirmed his return to the Bridge, by posting a tribute to Bournemouth fans, expressing gratitude to the fans and his teammates.
He wrote on his social media: ‘I want to say thank you to all the fans at AFC Bournemouth, I really loved my time at the club and I have learned a lot here. I also want to say thank you to the manager, staff and players for all the support and l wish them the best for the rest of the season!’

The Blues boss also confirmed the arrival of Ake and revealed his plans for him after their 4-1 victory.
Conte said: ‘Nathan has been recalled from loan because he has shown he deserved to be in the Chelsea squad.’
