Antonio Conte is growing confident about bringing Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez to the Stamford Bridge this summer, according to reports.
The 28-year-old has refused to sign a new deal with the Gunners despite having just one year on his current deal, sparking speculations that he wants to leave the club with the likes of Chelsea, Manchester City, Inter Milan and Paris Saint Germain all credited with interest in the Chilean.
Reports in the Independent have it that Alexis Sanchez will consider moving to Chelsea if Arsenal fails to stake a place in the top four and qualify for the Champions League next season and Conte is increasingly confident that he can get his man this summer.
Although, there are strong indications that Arsenal will not be selling their prized assets to any of their league rivals in a bid to avoid strengthening their opponents next season, with reports that the Paris Saint Germain, Inter Milan and Bayern Munich have an edge over the English clubs in a potential deal.
It is understood that Antonio Conte is keen to have Sanchez at the Stamford Bridge this summer, as he relishes the prospects of having the Chilean play out wide for the Blues and could also play up front as a central striker with speculations over the future of Diego Costa.
