Chelsea’s 2-1 loss at Stamford Bridge last week to Crystal Palace made it their fourth defeat in the premier league so far this season. This is an impressive stat quite all right, as the west London club still remains on the top of the table with seven points clear.

Conte’s men will once again clash with Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City on Wednesday in their next premier league game.

Earlier this season when both teams clashed, Chelsea won Manchester City. It was an interesting game which saw both clubs being penalized for failing to control their players. And we expect something exciting again.

In the absence of Nigerian star Victor Moses, Conte fielded a 3-5-2 formation against Crystal Palace but he ended up being disappointed. Therefore, we can expect him to start with his preferred 3-4-3 formation against the Sky Blue outfit.

Since there are still doubts about Moses’ fitness, we won’t be surprised if the Nigerian miss the game too. Nevertheless, we think Willian will start, and instead of Pedro, will be utilized in the right wing back position.

It is also likely that Fabregas will start once more alongside Frenchman Kante, moving Matic to the bench in the centre midfield.
Here is Chelsea’s probable line Vs Man City:
GK – Courtois
DC – Cahill
DC – Luiz
DC – Azpilicueta
ML – Alonso
MC – Cesc
MC – Kante
MR – Willian
WL – Hazard
WR – Pedro
FC – Costa
