Torino forward Andrea Belotti will fancy a move to Chelsea or Arsenal despite keen interest from Manchester United, according to reports.
The 23-year-old has been tipped to leave the Serie A this summer due to the number of clubs vying for his signature. The likes of Chelsea and Manchester United are believed to be pursuit of the striker’s signature due to his goalscoring prowess which has seen him score 25 goals in 31 appearances so far this season.
It is understood that Manchester United have intensified their efforts to lure Belotti to the Old Trafford this summer are considering meeting his £100million release clause in his contract.
There are reports that Arsenal also tried to sign the Italian during the last summer window, after Torino also confirmed to have rejected a £56million bid for the player by the Gunners, holding out for their valuation of the striker.
The Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho is understood to be keen on landing a prolific striker this summer following a long-term injury to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who has been a key figure at the Old Trafford since he joined them on a free last summer.
Reports in the Daily Mail claim that Belotti will prefer to join either Chelsea or Arsenal because he wants to live in London despite reports that United have opened talks to lure him to the Old Trafford next season.
