Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny fancies a move to Juventus this summer, according to his Roma teammate, Juan Jesus.

The Polish keeper has been a solid figure for Roma since he joined them in 2014, spending two terms on loan where he churned out impressive performances for Serie A giants as they finished second in Italy.

Szczesny has been tipped to return to the Emirates this summer, with reports that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is keen on having him in his side next season as an ideal replacement for David Ospina who is understood to be angling for a move away from the Gunners, with reports that he will join Turkish side, Fenerbahce.

Reports in Italy have it that Juventus are considering a move for Szczesny this summer, with suggestions that the Italian giants want him to replace Gianluigi Buffon on a long-term.

Despite reports that the Polish keeper will return to the Emirates this summer, his teammate while he was at Roma, Juan Jesus has hinted that the 27-year-old could fancy a move to the Old Lady, while he was questioned about the future of second-choice goalkeeper, Alisson Becker who was sidelined out of the action due to the brilliance of Szczesny in the Serie A last season.

Jesus said: ‘Alisson? He’s fine, unfortunately, he’s not played much, only in the Coppa Italia and in the Europa League.

‘But I think he’ll be a starter next season because Szczesny thinks he’s going to Juve.’
