It is understood that the English Premier League outfit Arsenal are in the pursuit of Benfica defender Alex Grimaldo alongside other suitors, According to reports
The likes of Man City, Inter Milan and Napoli are also in the race for the signature of the star player but the report claims that the North London outfit are leading in his chase.
Another Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo reports that the Gunners alongside Spanish La Liga outfit Atletico Madrid are both leading in the race.
However, the report claims that the North London outfit will make use of Spanish defender Nacho Monreal as a part of the offer in order to be able to convince Benfica into releasing him.
