English Premier League outfit Man United have been tipped to snap up the signature Brazilian wonderkid Joao Pedro from Watford in this summer transfer window.
Joao Pedro has been impressive and has caught the attention of a number clubs including Spanish La Liga outfit Barcelona and EPL runner ups Liverpool.
The attacker is still having his progress at Fluminense because he is not old enough to complete his move to Hertfordshire.
Watford had moved to capture the teenager’s future with an initial fee of £2million in September – before he made his senior debut.
The deal has proven to be a spectacular one for Watford as Joao Pedro has been in great goalscoring form in Brazil, scoring three in the league and a further three in the Copa Sudamericana – South America’s Europa League equivalent.
Barcelona general manager Pep Segura has identified the young lad as a prospect that should be at Camp Nou and they are making effort to have him snapped up in this summer transfer window.
It is claimed that the Spanish outfit are making efforts to have the young lad end his contract with Watford and push a move to Spain.
However, Liverpool and Man United are still making a push to land the star player this transfer window.
