United is losing their grip on big summer target to Tottenham

Bruno Fernandes

Emerging reports claim that North London outfit Tottenham are now in a better position to secure the signature Sporting Lisbon player Bruno Fernandes ahead of Man United.

Man United were desperate to secure the services of the goal-scoring star but that might not be happening anymore with Tottenham already in pole position for the deal.

Bruno Fernandes has impressed a number of top clubs and they are all interested in landing his signature in this summer transfer window.

The star player scored a total of 32 goals in 53 appearances in the just-concluded season to make him one of the most impressive players in the Portuguese league.

It is expected that Bruno Fernandez would serve as a replacement for France international Paul Pogba should he move away from the club in the summer transfer window.

Man United have identified Bruno Fernandez as a player that could add more goals and increase the attacking prowess if he eventually signs for the club.

However, Man United have started splashing their cash as they have confirmed the signature of Daniel James after agreeing on a deal with Swansea.

It is claimed that manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will have £100 million to engage in the coming summer transfer window.
