Transfer Romour: Antonio Conte confirms Chelsea duo will stay in January

Fabregas who is fit again after he sustained a thigh injury, is believed to be wanted by West Ham with reports claiming Chelsea will fund is wages if he leave on loan.

Antonio Conte discarded all rumors relating to Fabregas and Oscar by confirming to Reuters that both players are part of his plan.

According to daily star he said – “Oscar’s future is Chelsea. Chelsea, full stop. For me, Oscar is an important player in the squad.

“He’s in good form. It’s logical I have to take the starting XI every week, but Oscar is a great player. For me, he stays at Chelsea.

“It’s important that this message arrives for all. But Oscar will stay with us because I consider him an important player for Chelsea.

Chelsea are very active in the title race with two points adrift Liverpool, it is firmly believed Conte would not want to let the duo leave in January without signing some quality replacement that will fit Chelsea’s new style of play.

Another quality player whose future is in great doubt at Chelsea is John Obi Mikel who hasn’t played for Chelsea this season and he is likely to leave in January.

With Eden hazard and Diego Costa both fit after injury scare they sustained during International break, we are sure to see a better Chelsea against Middlesbrough
